OMG, I normally donโt take the time to write reviews, but this store deserves it! The owners are incredibly nice. I'm a new homeowner & had several things I needed help with (sprinklers, garage, door locks, etc.) and from the moment I walked in, they were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. They even gave my kids free popsicles! โค๏ธ Keep up the excellent work and customer service, guys!
Excellent clientele service, can easily find items and quick attendance!!
Top hardware store in the Broadview / Westchester corridor! I had struck out three times with a replacement toilet handle fitting and these guys actually offered to come over and install one for me! Old school service like you just donโt see anymore.
Shaun is always helpful. They always have what i need.
Amazing customer service! Bought two bags of ice melt today and manager/owner insisted and helped me carry one to the truck! First time there!
Christina the manager was the most amazing person ever! She helped me with my situation. She was extremely patient and caring.
This place is amazing the guy at the counter today has a great personality and a big heart THANKS FOR THE SODA โค๏ธ
Excellent service and a wide range of products. The staff are very polite. Thank you for the pencil!
This is a great neighborhood hardware store with an amazing inventory. I especially like their line of Jonathan Green lawn products which I have found to give much better results than Scottโs. Love this place!
Wonderful place to shop with the staff being so helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything you need for your home repair needs!
Very well organized! Broadview hardware has everything!
Surprising to visit a shop with mom&pop feel, open access to what your looking for and staff that is incredibly helpful. Stopped in for a lawn garbage can, walked out with renewed hope in customer service.
New Owners have done an amazing job. The Milwaukee tool selection is 1 of the best of seen.
This item is ideal for work in a warm space in need of aur circulation.
Very Pleased with their professionalism warm smiles and courteous atmosphere.
Local, convenient, covid compliant, reasonably priced, friendly staff.
I went in for some small items, and they were very helpful and extremely nice. I'm going to make it a point to shop there more often for items I usually buy online, to help support them. I have gotten too comfortable shopping for items online.
New owners are great! The staff was super helpful and the place is looking so good. Also, the free roll of duct tape with my purchase was a pleasant surprise.
I like that it is in the neighborhood so it's convenient- of course the prices are a little higher than going all the way to Menards but it's conveniently located and the staff is friendly and they have good stock
Very pleasant and helpful owner. Made my keys right away and they have older hard to find parts!
Good CS
